Clearing your browser cache may help resolve issues preventing you from browsing your favorite websites.
Please follow these steps to clear the temporary data in Internet Explorer:
1: Open the browser and click on the tools (gear icon) in the upper right corner
2: Click on Internet Options
3: In the window that pops up, under Browsing History, click the Delete button
4: Ensure only these three items are selected, and click Delete
That's it! A small notification at the bottom of the screen will appear when the process is completed. For best results, close ALL open browser pages and restart. If you are still experiencing issues, please open a ticket on Zendesk.
